I already explained it all papa~ the software just need to be fixed...The guy said he cant take out this program..Try using any special programs to uninstall it? Revo-uninstaller is pretty good with getting rid of programs that are otherwise hard to remove, goes and takes care of registry files and all...or is it something more than that?
