The only reason it's not the best, is because there are few better novels.

That and the storyline isn't exactly epic, it's extremely entertaining but it's not really a story to write home about. Still an amazing ride though.

It's a game where you run SEGA corp.
Has a sort of VN style to it.

Nope, it's in Japanese only.
It was released on the Dreamcast, so I could have imported it but it's quite text heavy in some areas so I think you need a bit of JP knowledge to pass certain parts.
