Which sauce style do you like to your meat in general? I really like wine sauces (white or red wine, depends on the dish). Usually when it is fish and seafood I go with white wine, when it is things like Hare, roulades or lamb I go with red wine sauces :)

During my time in Denmark I was rowing and swimming in the summer. I have been sailing my entire life, though now that I am living on the countryside instead of near the sea, I'll have to find new things.
I thought about maybe table - tennis (am pretty good at it) or something the like :)
