Yes I love Kanon. My favorite romance anime would have to be Kimi Ga Nozomue Eien (translated: The Eternity You Wish For). Title in America it's called Rumbling Hearts. You should watch it, if you already haven't. It's awesome.

Rumbling Hearts was pretty good, it made me wept tears. If I may say, my favorite romance Anime would be Kare Kano.
