Budget = $5k. Just insane.

More than a hint of District 9 crossed with Future Cop: LAPD, if you've ever played that, but you have to admire the cinematography and effects there.

Looks pretty good considering the amount that was spent on it but any film that has anything floating like that above a city's going to get compared to District 9.

And he proper went super saiyan at the end there.
