You make the choices for the boylet who gets NTR'd in the story. After you get all the "bad" endings, a choice appears kinda near the beginning after the girls get modded a bit but before the girls get fucked for real where the other Taimanins swoop in and save them before any actual sexy shit goes down. And that's the true ending. Buy the sequel to see them get fucked in canon.
