Aye sir. Allow meto put my recomendation:

Since we're in submarine I'd recomend pistols and PDW/SMG/Carabines (due size) with low velocity Ammunition (in case someone would be stupid enought and try to board us) I take we're not officially part of any military then I also recomend JHPs to prevent any damage of submarines equipment. If we're going to do air/land operations I'd recomend to have some standart armory equipment like automatic rifles, sniper rifles and LMG. Having unified ammo to 2-4 calibres (excluding sniper rifles) would be simple enough in matter of suply logistic. For pistol ammo I'd recomend Sub-sonic JHP 9x19 Parrabellum. 9x19 can be bought almost anywhere and it's cheap.

If you want I can do alist of most suitable possible choices for pistols SMGs, PDWs, Carabines and other firearms for our unit.

I agree with the 9x19 Parabellum, it's the most universal round out there so far. Write up that list, I'd like to see your opinion. I'd recomend getting some HK P11s in case as well.

Generally I'd be up for any pistol (From Adkal's Ghost to XD(M)) of crew preference, but limited on 9x19mm catridge.

KRISS Vector (TDI Vector) 9x19mm (this baby have absolutly briliant size!)
H&K MP5SD6 9x19mm (folding stock/silenced)
PDR-C 5.56x45mm (Bullpup)
MP5-N (or A5) 9x19mm (folding stock. Version N(avy) can be silenced)
Scorpion EVO 3 A1 9x19mm (It's succesor of famous Vz. 61 Scorpion)
Knight's Armament Company PDW 6x35mm (folding stock)

Recomended Assault rifles/carabines:

Steyr AUG 5,56x45mm (due it's bullpup configuration and avalible silencer)
M4A1 5,56x45mm (carabine folding stock silencer)
M16A4 5,56x45mm (assault rifle silencer)
AK-105 5,56x45mm (carabine folding stock no info about silencer)
AK-101 5,56x45mm (assault rifle folding stock no info about silencer)
AK-103 7,62x39mm (assault rifle folding stock no info about silencer)
AK-104 7,62x39mm (carabine folding stock no info about silencer)

Recomended sniper rifles:

If we ever use them... I recoment to have every sniper it's own gun we'll be buying that ammo in lower ammount making this posible but most welcomed would be:

7,62×51mm NATO


LMG:

Mk. 48 (7.62×51mm NATO)
M249 Para (5.56×45 mm)


Recomnded frogman (underwater) armament:
H&K P11 7.62x36mm
APS (Автомат Подводный Специальный) 5.66x39mm MPS (Seriusly Russians are only ones who developed full auto underwater assault rifle!)

Sounds good, I think it's easy to say that we'll be using 9x19 Parabellum weapons, 5.56x45mm seems good as well, NATO rounds can be found almost anywhere in the western worlds.
