Oh and to continue on my edit once again, do we have anyone who knows how to use flags or lights to communicate with maritime signals or morse code?

The only other people I know that are quite "militarised" that isn't part of the crew right now is; Scarface, Room 101, Harontiar(a bit) and Mangaexpert.

Anzei just got inside the submarine and is still lost. Agitated by the fact that he can't find his way he acted like a kid and just sat there showing his agitated face staring at the wall.
