Bad storylines, NTR-blackmail-rape without a decent story (that is, when there's no story or when the story has a bad ending), scat (why people get hard with excrement is beyond my comprehension).

I don't know about "pissing off" but two things I don't like in hentai is poor art quality that makes the image look more like a sketch than a finished piece and how most younger girls act during the scene. I don't like it when they seem to be in extreme pain and keep yelling instead of moaning.
