The strings everywhere and the way it looks unevenly hemmed or hemmed at all (I cant see it) Makes me think someone made it. Also you cant wear that walking down the street unless your in a very -non child- adult area like fuck if I know. xD I just would worry to be caught or talked to if I was sitting down in a cafe or something lol very worry some the skanky stuff is~xD
