I have no idea why San Francisco's in this conversation. Merced is like 150 miles away in the heart of the red dick of cali. Fuck you can get a concealed weapons permit just by asking. They just check your criminal history. Not if you been inside the rubber room or on antipsychotics.

Last gun store in San Fran closed it's doors. If they had guns they could have shot the sick fuck before he could even start his rampage. Politics give me a headache...Republicans just don't give a damn thats all. 2nd amendment needs some serious revaluation because people here are dying left and right for no reason.
Well considering how a small amount of all deaths are gun related (even less from rampages), while a lot more crimes are deterred/prevented because of guns... I wouldn't call them uncaring.
What "revaluations" do you think the 2nd amendment needs when there's already vastly different laws regarding gun rights from state to state?

Got to love the south, where else can you go to a gun show, get your concealed carry permit and buy a gun all on the same day.

Because it's incredibly easy to screen your entire population for disorders and every psychologist is 100% guaranteed to diagnose any disorder someone might have.
Next you'll tell me criminals won't lie to get their hands on guns.

Small amount as in it's less than 1% of 1% of all deaths. Guns arguably (almost without a doubt) do more good than bad.
And again what evaluations are needed? Almost anything that can be said and done about gun control/rights has been said and done.

And exactly what have been done? To my knowledge the only thing you need to do is fill out a paper and the only background check that is being done is criminal charges. Where's the doc say so in this?

Are you suggesting that every single state has the same gun laws?
And if we assume that's true for even a second, does tightening up restrictions (or even attempting to outright ban all guns) automatically make a place more safe?

Nope but that may be the problem here too.

I don't like anyone that keeps going on about being pro-gun control.Im more for retard control. No one need to go to taco bell with an ar-15 on his back. Nothing wrong with a 9mm in a holster under a coat or back waist band if they have a conceal permit. I don't normally but i never leave home without two blades. Even though i have 4.
Spoiler:
Shit rarely pops off but i feel better then carrying in normal public.

I carry a folding knife. Hawaii has stupidly strict gun laws.
