Maybe. To tell the truth, I haven't really met enough Slovaks who would use it around me to say it objectively. Find the difference:
On to tak doopravdy nechtěl udělat.
x
On to tak naozaj nechcel urobiť. (may be a bit off)

doopravdy - naozaj
udelat - urobej
They're similar true, but the way Slovakian pronounce things (I've heard it before) is very similar to Polish, more than Czech.
Which is why the TV News subs Czech, but they don't sub Slovakian.
Still, English rules.
It is all you'll ever need. Well, it's the most useful. And grammar isn't a pain. And I don't need to press Alt key every five fucking seconds.

That's a news that you don't sub Slovak... interesting.
Also, English is more useful, but once you handle Czech pronounciation, you can master all existing pronounciations with no problems. Now you Englishmen, try saying řeřicha 0.o

Uhhh...Portuguese?
@Lamz0r:
Well, they generally don't sub Slovakian...unless some words prove to be too different in meaning. There are always some exceptions. Though I'm pretty sure I've seen a broadcast from Slovakia that wasn't subbed.
But Czech is always subbed. Which is interesting, since Czech television rarely subs Polish broadcasts.
