Still falls into the category of 'Animalia'. While they may have emotions, compassion, and critical thinking- only Homo Sapiens have built civilisations and dissect abstract concepts such as calculus and physics.
Apes and Dolphins are on a different level than other animals, yes- but only humans have advanced to the point where we shape things to our will.
