This was the headline I read on a local news website where I live.

Pervert exposes self to 8-year-old

RCMP are looking for a man who exposed himself in front of an 8-year-old girl Monday night.

Police say the man lured the girl into the family change room at the YMCA on Hartman Road about 6 p.m. Monday.

He apparently then exposed himself and fondled himself in front of her.

The girl managed to escape without being physically harmed while the perpetrator also fled the scene while concealing his identity from surveillance cameras.

The suspect is described as:

Caucasian male with tanned skin
40 to 50 years of age
Muscular build. Appears fit with broad shoulders
5'6" to 5'8" tall
Dark ball cap with WestJet logo
Green t-shirt with large print 'HIGH' on the back
Beige shorts
White tube socks
Light running shoes

RCMP Cst. Kris Clark says police do not believe the man is the same one seen masturbating on the beach near Watt Road.

Police are also looking into another instance where a man was seen masturbating Tuesday morning at the bottom of Knox Mountain.
