Harmonian, why dont you declare it here yourself that you request to be perma banned if the poll would favor yes, then the admin really can Ban you for reasonable grounds. I guess that can add to the suspense on what the outcome of this poll will be

To be known by 45 users in a bad way... I hardly think that's being unpopular but more of notorious. Being unpopular should have given him a no reply in this thread but this is completely different. It's more like he's popular but in a bad way.

Of course! I'm a critic that's why I feel the need to criticize. If I pat everyone's shoulder and put their balls in my mouth I'd be a prostitute but since I'm a critic I find it enjoyable to slap everyone's face in the internet.

You're criticizing a word I used to describe his fame; there is no point as you and the many others understood it. It's not even like it's a debate; it's just you convincing me that you're the kid in the class room who likes to correct the teacher.

It might be a challenge, but I don't really see how it could be, regardless of how the poll turned out we didn't have a reason to permanently ban him. If we banned people based on the popular vote users like myself (and perhaps yourself) would be banned. I'm glad fakku moderators take their jobs seriously and stick to the rules, otherwise I'm sure I would have been gone a long time ago.

The word is important because being unpopular and be banned for it means that the reason is very shallow and that the voters who actually had a problem with him gets muffled. But to be banned because of being notorious is different because it means many people actually don't like you and there might be a problem with the said user. Oh yes and I slap the teacher's face quite a lot.

It's a challenge in a way that if somehow the don't ban him option won then the previous bannings would be criticized. Why was this guy be banned when so many don't want him to be banned? It's a usual trick to cling to numbers no matter how much the people in charge say it doesn't matter.

What you and many users seem to be ignoring is that we don't ban based on popular opinion, moderation isn't a democracy. thus there will be no ban and you're correction of my chosen word will remain fruitless. He was banned in the past for breaking rules, the most loved users in our community are still subject to the same rules and punishment as the most hated users. He won't be banned unless he breaks a rule, that's final.
