So triple-anti-biotic isn't a good solution? And wouldn't cutting out a pimple mean cutting out a piece of your dick? Would it leave a scar?
The only medical solution that is approved by 9/10 dermatologists is to cut the pimple off and then apply Bengay to the area to soothe the pain.

Mine are usually gone faster with triple-antibiotic than when not applyied. Might be my imagination.
What if they're too small for scissors?
What about the ones without a cap?
if it's too small for scissors the second best option is a rough abrasive like steel wool or sandpaper and to just roughly buff the area until the pimple tears itself away from the site. If this is the option chosen though Bengay is no longer appropriate because the skin will be more tender, and a light bath of isopropyl alcohol is needed to clean and dress the area to prevent the return of the pimple.

I always end up popping mine, applying hydrogen peroxide until the cotton pad dries, then applying the triple antibiotic ointment twice a day - when i get up and before i go to bed.
If it's still full mast after a few days, you got herps, brah.
