Haven't played Vice City but I have seen it multiple times. Comparing to other protagonists of 3 and SA, he's the second best but that isn't saying much because all protagonists in GTA are meant to be viewed as assholes but lovable or relatable assholes.

You don't know anything woman. He was also a smooth operator and the classiest black partner, every rush hour combined. Just remembering that moment when he brought two m14s on his stallion... he was a pretty cool guy, even his hollywood betrayal couldn't take that.

Tommy was a prick to everyone beneath him, and was only nice to the people who benefitted him. The game was great but I didn't like the character. Plus he couldn't swim and he was a retard when it came to crouching.
