Too Much Make-Up - A No Go?

This. A girl should feel confident about herself when with her love.

I'll close an eye to it if she making up to make her other half feel proud of her though, there are times this is needed for a relationship to progress.

I think most girls like make-up because it's there (me) and I totally accept myself, but I love being creative with make-up, so yeah XD

I only put make-up on if I have to go to an event too - like a party or a get together with friends like bowling. But if I just have a regular day where I go to class or have to go to the store, I just go au natural. Not even lip balm. Heck, I might not even do my hair - just a pony tail and baseball cap.

That's funny - because I'm the exact opposite. If I have makeup on I'm constantly worried about it. I'm afraid I might have touched my face without thinking about it and smeared my lipstick or eyeliner.

I touch my face a lot so I end up smearing the makeup.
I also have extremely fair skin so even a 'natural' look doesn't look natural on me.

I can leave the house much more confident without it.
I have a good complexion so I feel good leaving the house with a freshly washed face with a clear complexion.

My eye lashes are too long to wear mascara with too. They end up marking up my glasses. I don't even own any makeup. But I have plenty of products for my skin and face.

Okay ziggy I get it - you are too naturally pretty. Make-up just ruins your natural good looks lol.

I don't find myself all that much of a looker, but I just don't like makeup. I'd rather just feel clean than painted on

Yeah I know what you mean. After I went for a while without using makeup, it felt weird when I started again. It feels painted on and looks unnatural. Either I lost my touch or I just got used to not using it. Fresh faced is more convenient.

Also, I hate the taste of lipstick or lip gloss - I don't care if it's some 'tasty flavor' it just has a taste of a cosmetic and yucky.

I don't know about that, my lipstick taste like cherry. Actually I think I ate an entire stick as a kid. :D

#1 reason I don't wear makeup (that much) anymore is I still get just as many compliments :| So what is the point? I isn't making me any more pretty, so I just do it for fun.
