Easy. First up, the Manticore:

This is a pretty badass looking version, although usually this creature would be pictured with the face of a man instead of this lionesque appareance you usually find it in. Said to be a vicious and poisonous predator, the name alone makes him one of my favorites.

Next, Final Fantasy's Tonberry:

What is this thing? A magic turtle with a robe instead of a shell? Nobody really knows, but once it starts shuffling towards you slowly, you know that your doom is nearly sealed. That knife of his is as legendary as his name, and god forbid you ever find one with a star above his head.

Finally, the Brazilian Wandering Spider:

Not fictional in nature, but people who have dealt with these might wish it was. I love spiders, and this one is by far the most pimp looking one, not to mention, it's the most venomous animal on the entire planet. You'll die within an hour, and it will hurt.
