The amount of fucks I give about this union is Zero
The amount of fucks I give about Twinkies is waaaaay higher.
And on Unions: They're suppose to fight for the workers. Make deals with companies for worker rights, Adequate pay and so on. During Strikes they're suppose to compensate for all those who joined.
However when I personally hear about Unions in my area and in the media. It usually isn't favorable. Usually its a bunch of people who get lots of pay but want more money because the company they work for is loaded.
Not saying that all Unions are like that. I just think that the fact that Hostess had to file for bankruptcy because workers went on strike for a month is bullshit. They were told that it would happen but didn't end the strike. So now 18500 people will lose their job and Twinkies will disappear. I haven't have one for like a year now.
