Been feeling much better since I began fasting .. I am not feeling any pressure in my stomach so I might use this chance to change my eating habits and workout to get the ultimate comfort.

No, I mean, if you start to get a loose stomach from fasting anyway, it gives enough of an excuse to not fast. Hell, this is Day 4 for me, and I'm currently at 2/2 (fast/no fast).
