Vader vs Batman
Decide~!

Lol character analysis time.
Batman- In the DC universe Batman is depicted as the pinnacle of human fitness and intelligence, reached only by years of training and dedication. He has studied well over 10 different martial arts and infused them to his own style of close quarters combat, an understanding of of over 15 different fields of knowledge at a graduate's level, amassed millions of dollars after inheriting and running the family company. He is only limited as to what a human is, maybe even less limited as he is super-human in comparison to the standard human model.
Darth Vader/Anakin - Some kid Qui Gon Jinn took up as his apprentice, but later Obi Wan was to take his place as master. After years of training with Obi Wan he has mastered the ancient martial art of the Jedi and a mental prowess called the "force". The lightsaber can virtually cut through anything, the force is somewhat unlimited in it's use because of the presence of it almost everywhere. He is still a human nonetheless, his physique is nothing special to comment on and the limitation of the lightsaber is only up to it's effective range. The speed of which he can swing his sword (if you watched the movie) is somewhat fast but not fast enough. Darth Vader's excellent fitness is only due to the force that he uses to "improve" most of his skills with the lightsaber.
And battle analysis:
The force choke? - The force choke can be countered as only the neck would be the area of effect and Darth Vader would need to have his non-dominant hand out to channel the force, The Batman's hands though are unbound and is free to quickly grab a batarang off his utility belt and throw it towards Darth Vader thus cancelling the choke.
The force lightning? - Batman's suit is insulated.
Lightsaber? - Darth vader's swing speed is as fast as a professional baseball batter, his style requires him to cock back his arm before the swing to add weight to it. Batman has effectively disarmed katanas, knives and baseball bats with utmost ease, before Vader even has the chance to get his saber on the dark knight's neck he would have been easily telegraphed and disarmed.
And my winner is:
Batman

I would honestly be shocked to hear Air Force One was completely EMP resistant. At this point isn't a Nuclear Bomb to only source of EMP in existence?Nukes aren't the only ways to produce an EMP.
Non nuclear EMP

You forget the fact that force user's most powerful skill it the ability to see slightly into the future. Which is why they are so efficient in battle. I suggest a re-evaluation.
Also i believe this thread is kinda stupid considering logically they would never meet~

Pretty much , just throw the light saber, and homing control it by force with his hand and chop off the bat, to pieces,... i mean, the only thing that exist can stop a light saber is another light saber.. as from i know, batman dont have one ? Call the justice league? Flash ? Martian Manhunter? Green Lantern Hal Jordan? Wonderwoman? Superman? so what? So will Darth Vader, calls the Emperor, Storm Troopers, Death Star, Star Destroyers, and have an epic battle on earth!Bateman has surperior agility and based on the controll of the force on lightsabers batman could easily dodge. Also the emperor is dead, the empire is unorganized and even if darth vader could bring order storm troopers have notoriously bad aim. Also in the time it would take to build a new deathstar the justice league would have mobilized. So batman all the way

Darth Vader would win, Batman is just a human with no superpowers. He kicked Superman's ass several times.
Give him some prep time and he's good to go.

About force vision:
Spoiler:
And about force sense:
Spoiler:
Force vision is an ineffective and unreliable skill when it comes to fast paced close quarters combat, while the force sense would come in handy for fighting the Batman in his terms. Sneaking around and stalking won't do much for Batman as his presence can easily be sensed by the sith lord. Not even a Master Jedi can see clearly into the future, only a direction, since the future is constantly changing. And if Darth Vader really can see into the future to predict blows and blocks, he would have not died at the hands of his lesser trained son, who also had the ability to see into the future.
Would still make a great comic though

Batman would win as he probably has a minclorian blocker dart launcher thing in his mini-black hole of a utility belt.
