Why don't you go to Vegas in July? EVO is in July and that a great event to go to in Vegas.

After 14 it doesn't matter all that much, I know a lot of people around the age of 14-24 that are all pretty different, a friend of mine that's 15 is one of the most mature people I know while a guy that's 21 is like a 12 year old. But yeah, pre 14-15~ most people are pretty immature.
