Waar is popular with some users, while other members may not like him as much. However, I respect the Admins' decision to appoint him as a Mod, although he is still under probation. Nonetheless, I believe he would perform well in his duties.

Perhaps it is just me, but looking at your recent posts, they seem to have toned down, whereby they are more objective and taking a neutral point of things. This by itself, is definitely a good thing.
