It probably won't happen, but there is a possibility that it will happen. If the game is biannual, then it would technically start sometime in June. We can only hope, wait, and pray.

If it doesn't start by then, I'm sure Waar will step in again. We don't want TMS to drop the ball, but it seems like that might be the case... seeing as how often TMS has been replying to this thread.

The fact that he goes weeks without signing on does make me worry for the game a bit.
