From the rule no. 5 it must be exist in recognizable material. That's why I'm not claiming the whole Misaka Imoutos but only the main Misaka Imouto in the story. Misaka Imouto no. 10,032
I also do the rule no. 4 because she is not an alter ego nor dark side. It also not a clone that made from a technique or jutsu like naruto but via DNA cloning.

After putting a lot of thoughts into it, I managed to convince myself you were right, kinda.
Although i can understand for #10.032 to be claimed, I cannot agree with the claim of another number after a 1st Imouto claim... (Well they aren't that many anyways)

I didn't know anyone else aside from me cared for Tsukimura Mayu but I was proven wrong this round........at any rate someone somewhere mentioned that if someone logs in claims and never returns that their waifu is put back into circulation just wondering if this is true and if so how long must the user in question be gone for before they are put back into circulation?

What you read from someone somewhere were ideas for new rules.
