I dont understand why she cannot be claimed

King Arthur =/= Nero

King Arthur = Saber, Saber Alter, and Saber Lily
Nero = Saber Red

Therefore
Saber, Saber Alter, and Saber Lily =/= Saber Red

So why cant she be claimed seeing as she is a completely different person but under the same servant class if its that way Caster from Fate/stay cannot be claimed if Caster from Fate/extra is claimed or vice versa

Waar doesn't acknowledge her existence due to her looks...
