2500 and 2600 hrs are special thing when they extent hours on special events.. still 1 am and 2 am really. really there like 24hours and some mins in a real day.

It's like leap day. This kind of scheduling is seen frequently in radio and TV broadcast schedules, not only in Japan. Don't ask me why, but I guess they figure it is easier for people who stay up late and think of 3AM as belonging to the previous night instead of the next day.
If it says 1/1 25:00-27:00 then that is actually 1/2 1:00-3:00AM.
