If only the world had no time difference (<=3). What do you think might happen if that was true?
Navigational devices would need entirely different programming, since a universal global time wouldn't take into account the earth's rotation.
People around the world would have to adjust their thinking about such ideas like breakfast at 4 in the afternoon and going to bed at noon.
Not impossible, but things would be pretty darn fucked up for quite some while.
