This kind of situation where full names aren't revealed until later in a series is under review. The same dispute is going on with Tenshi/Tachibana Kanade from Angel Beats.

But as a side note, it feels really bullshit about the full name rule. I understand if it's from this game, but if it was a reclaim from the last game shouldn't count. The rule was never specifically enforced until this game, so if the waifu reclaim list did not have the full name, then the person shouldn't lose a waifu like that.

It is bullshit in general because he claims it is a NEW amendment, which would mean that everything after that fact is subject to it. Amendments to the US constitution do not punish ppl who broke their laws before they were created. As I had mentioned to Waar, even if he htinks its common sense or it has always been a rule, there a new players all the time, so if they don't know the rule cause it wasn't ever posted then it isn't really their fault. (posted something similar also in the chat thread a lil bit ago)

Noihara is simply the town where she came from. Yuto came from there as well. If you can show me a specific point where someone calls her that, or she refers to herself as Noihara Himari, then it should be legit

I believe this is how she introduces herself at school. There is reason enough to doubt that it's actually her name, though. You just don't go to school without a last name...
