Sorry bout that Tsa but Megas was my #1 choice was on the fence about take it from you, but just could hold back. It was an easy mistake they only mentioned the full name once in the series because it is a damn long name.

I'm working on getting the list up to date the site being down last night and it actually was down again today for 45 - a hour didn't help. Right at the times when I have a chance to work on the list. Should be all caught up tomorrow night.

I could also run with how you apparently claimed "Mages".

With the new rules, Art doesn't specify that you cannot claim an entire class/species/line of something.

So if someone wanted to, one could simply make a claim for The Pegasus Knights from the Fire Emblem series and land Farina, Fiora, Florina, Vanessa, Tana, Marcia- possibly Syrene, Sigrun, and Tanith- and all the ones before and after in one fell swoop.

While this may be correct in theory (which I have no way of checking), claiming it only as "Machine Caliber" would also include Striker in your claim, which I'm not sure would be quite allowed.

The Machine Caliber may be mass produced, but they're still a mech. For all we know, BagMan may just want to claim some random one. And mass-produced mechs are claimable, because I'll be damned if I'm banning more well-known ones, like the GM and Zaku from Gundam.

Not saying anything against mass produced mechs, but Chamber and Striker are clearly different models. I guess in Gundam terms, it would be similar to claiming both Zaku and Gouf under the common name of Mobile Suit.

By your wording it sounds like anyone can claim a Zaku then? That's fine, but even if Machine Calibers may be mass produced, they cannot function without the AI. And given that it's an AI, each one is of course unique. By my wording, I claimed a very specific Machine Caliber; Chamber.



As stated before, the AI is an integral part of the Machine Caliber and cannot function without it. Though in hindsight you are probably correct, Chamber K6821 is not a model but a specific Machine Caliber, but if you want to dispute me, let's look at the wording of your claim.



Though I agree that Machine Calibers are mass produced, each one has an AI, making even a mass produced unit type unique. And since an AI is a distinct personality, and that a Machine Caliber cannot function without one, no single Machine Caliber is the same. Machine Caliber Chamber K6821 is unique even if compared to it's 6820 other siblings, so my claim to Machine Caliber Chamber K6821 is legitimate.

To be honest I don't even care any more. I made the claim I meant to make if you want to pick holes in it that's fine but I still think that it's legitimate.
