This has happened for both games I ran, so I'll just state it outright: The more people complain- the more I'm gonna give them something to complain about.
Whining will get you nowhere.
This should be applied to all things in life.

I want to know how evil you can be with it. Make it a scavenger hunt! You make over 20 posts on the forums and in ever post you make you give out a part of a riddle, then the players have to find out when means before the game starts.
