Watercut

Everyones heard of powercuts. But what about a watercut? Our water got cut off half an hour ago, and seriously, its ANNOYING! It's something you don't think about, I got tomato on my hands and went to wash them OH NO WATER! No one can go to the bathroom, or use the shower, and I wanted to do my washing T_T

Anyone else had a watercut before?

Yeah when I was like 5 years old.

Yeah, because of some repairs on some pipes or whatever.

Was pretty awful, we kept some cold water around just so we could wash our hands and we used our neighbor's shower lol.

I've had no HOT water.

Now you can play a game called "Who Poop Last?"

Well yes, long ago ...
cannot taking a bath .. shower .. washing clothes .. yep

good thing that a friend was living near us at the mean time ..
know what i mean .. "borrowing bathroom" time

No to a water cut, however we did have an electrical cut when they had to repair the lines near the house.

Waters back~ Its a really low pressure though T_T

The upstairs of my house never has hot water.

When they are doing some repairs then I would sure expect a water cut but I always prepare myself for that by stocking up water.

Yeah.. about last month..

I have had a water line break over my head back when I was in middle school though.

Thank god it was the clean incoming water line, and not the line connected to the end result of all the toliets.

here we have the power go out atleast once a year or so

either a local blackout or island wide

and watercuts here and there

less often

still a pain when you got the runs

They cut it off if they feel the water is contaminated or for repair or you guys forgot the bills.

for us its usually a water break

the state is stupid they will repair a road 100 times but never actually fix it. we have water main breaks.

one time we even had our power polls fall down on the main road, crushed a few cars, cuz no one inspected them, they had termite damage and they were blown down by a slightly strong wind

another time we had someone crash into a fire hydrant then crashed into a power poll and we didnt have power for 5 hours

We have only lived here 3 weeks, and water bills come half-yearly. I don't know if anyone else in the reigion had a watercut or not, it may have been contaminated..not sure XD It always smells like cholrine here, and where im from, thats contaminated water ;_;

Yes, not so long ago, but it wasn't a long either.

We had prepared by taking a lot of water into buckets so we didn't have that big problem, but it indeed was troublesome when you couldn't take shower and such.
