Wearing Naruto to prom?

First off, by Naruto I mean THIS not...y'know.
Anyway, I occasionally wear Naruto to meetups and whatnot and I absolutely love it! I just don't know how people would receive it.
I was thinking about wearing this but in black and obviously prom'd up (So a nicer jacket, black tights, sandals, and my hair up/spiky).

I'm sure people will think it's weird, but I'm known for being a huge weeaboo, and I've worn casual Naruto at school before. So what do you guys think?
