I'm pretty sure fakku is ファック.
I don't know if people voice the ku part, but I usually do. However if Fakku is the way fuck would be pronounced by japanese people, they would read it without voicing the ku.

su is often voiceless. Good example is desu. You can say de su voicing the last u, and it will still be correct, but you're either emphasizing something, or you're a doll with red and green eyes.
I showed my Japanese friend fakku, and because he understood the concept behind it, he assumed that fakku meant fuck and didn't voice the ku.

Well, first off, it would help if you actually knew what the hell you were talking about. Syllables aren't voiced or voiceless--phonemes are. I know what you're trying to say now, but you still have no idea what you're talking about.
