Mantis was banned for repeatedly ignoring warnings and multiple bans, cruz is the one who was banned and subsequently unbanned due to it no longer being a rule. So if anyone inspired the announcement of the rule change it was cruz. The reason the general public went nuts is because I mentioned how Jake changed the rules(he changed them a week or so before I mentioned it and IB exploded).
