What if god is a comedian?

If he makes a joke then you don't laugh to what he said.I wonder what will happen to you?

If there are gods and they are just then they will judge you based on how you lived not on how devote you were. If there are gods but unjust, the you might not want to worship them. If there are no gods then you will just die and disappear but will live on in the memories of those who were close to you.

just imagine. you're in heaven. a scientist asks God "what is the meaning of our lives? why did you create us?"
