HMM interesting(i just wanted to say that!) me im 5'9" 150lbs but ive only got about 4percent body fat the rest is shredded! I am like this because i think as men we should be strong! be even MORE SO appealing! i mean women watch their weight get tans..ye kno try to make themselves better. but most guys no a days just dress nice but underneath it all their either twigs or chunky and very few individuals such as myself. I mean come on guys give the women something to gauk at for a change. Besides once you start gettin in shape you feel AMAZING!! In three years time i went from virtually no muscle and 190lbs to a muscled 150 i am now. sure il admit it is hard and keeping the diet in check is sometimes expensive and you have to sacrifice things(like junk food,smoking,and excessive drinking or laziness)but its all worth it. i should also mention that before taking care of myself i also had SEVERE acne but after a 4 months of good eating my skin friggin glowed it was so clear. So guys do yoursleves a favor. Go find a local gym. Get a membership. Change your diet. And instead of lookin in the mirror look DAMN GOOD IN THE MIRROR!!!!!!
