Still have to play the game and watch the anime.

It's like when someone asks a question bout games, VN, eroge or anything like that, Kaimax's senses will alert him of the post and reply 3 times faster than the normal human would.

Is the anime any decent? Is there any order you should play/watch everything in?

The anime is pretty good, with it's major points going into production quality and animation of concert performances. It's primarily slice-of-life, with some drama in the later arcs. Great voices in the cast(you might recognise Makise Kurisu, Kanoe Yuuko, and- of course- KugiRie).

So basically- cute girls doing cute things, but with some generous amounts of J-Pop thrown in. The anime runs somewhat in an alternate timeline to the games, so it doesn't really matter.

The OPs (it's a two-cour series, so two OPs).
