What the hell should the female equivalent of "fap" be?

I'm a girl and it really bugs me that I don't get an official SFX for masturbation (or one that I know of and am satisfied with); I'm kind of jealous of all of you guys. I mean, I get on FAKKU everyday, I mean it-- I would call myself a self-pleasure enthusiast-- and I totally love everyone's comments. But when I see a sentence with the word "fap" or "fapped" in it, there's this little ping in my heart... and loins (lol. jk.).
So, any suggestions? (^_^)

If I talk about myself or anyone else masturbating I use the word fap. Sometimes I may call it lady fapping.

and "schlop."

Another one would be "qwik."

Example Sentence:
I went to the guess room last night to bring my mother's friend some water, and heard a lot of *qwik qwik qwik qwik* in the the bedroom, I opened the door and saw her masturbating. Guess she couldn't sleep.
