IMHO, the Negima! doujinshis by Gambler's club are the absolute best.
Incredible art (better than Akamatu sensei's sometimes), very nice stories and exciting sex scenes.
That one's the start of my addiction to them (As of now there are three of these). No scanlations yet and I can't make out all of the kanji's as to make even a somewhat close rewrite, but the art's so good you'll understand all pretty easily.

Ah, but there is a scanlation of the first and second 3-A. Its by commission though, so the second one at the current time is inaccessible, however the first one is floating around the internets.

For the best Negima doujinshi's, its Big Boss all the way. Though Gambler Club did some good work with the 3-A's.

Gambler Club and Bigboss (and most of them have been translated!!!) doujins are definitely the best!

well, considering that SaHa's scanlation is the only one I've seen, I'll assume its one and the same. They did a good job, especially making sure to lay out the two page spreads as one image.

I do agree that the "If Code" series are cool looking, but to be honest I only like the Ayaka one since it has a real Negima! related story instead of the usual "your da man" of the others.
Since we all like the Dark-Evangel so much, these are what I think are some of the best doujinshis out there and in dire need of scanlation (Hopefully someone will)...

There are very few doujinshis out there featuring Chachamaru, but it's not that surprising since she's a Gynoid... Good thing that Big Boss' Gekki-Evangeline Ikka features her and ChachaZero (Who's an even rarer H-doujinshi protagonist).
