The same reason there is a statue of Rocky in Philadelphia.
Because they are inspired.
and maybe slightly delusional. I can't tell the difference between a religion and a cult either way.

Jesus of Nazareth isn't/wasn't fictional.
I mean, a lot of other biblical shit is, but the man himself actually existed.

... It's just as ignorant to think all Christianity, including historical figures [shit, any religion EVER] is/are 100% unadulterated Bullshit, as it is for religious folks to think Dinosaurs never existed, or Cavemen rode them into battle against saber-toothed tigers.
Jesus of Nazareth was a real dude. He just wasn't much more than that. He had some good ideas, did some good deeds. I don't believe he walked on water or performed miracles, and I think he was just as much the Son of God as any single person on earth might be. But yeah.. the individual himself existed.

The general consensus here is atheism, I take all anti-religion/anti-christianity statements seriously as a habit. D;

I do know enough history, however, to know Jesus of Nazareth existed. However, the Bible (which I believe is the King James version) tend to exaggerate many feats in order to garner a wider audience. That's my belief; feel free to correct me.

... Why would I, you read my other posts O_o. I don't consider Jesus to be of any magical or supernatural make. Just a good dude with a good heart. Idiots took his death and ran with it.
