Ignore this if you don't play fighting games. That sweep is so unsafe and it's so easy to bait. Just shimmy back and forth and 8/10 times the bison will sweep. Yun vs Bison is so free for Yun unless I'm in the corner then it becomes a prison shower scene where I have to pick up the soap.

I don't play much SF4, but in SF2 you could do a legsweep and if they blocked it, you could instantly heavy grab and wreck them - doing that over and over.
I don't play much SF4, so I don't know if they made that harder to do.

But you gotta admit: In every game Bison is in, the sweep always has a crazy lunge distance.

Just in SF2 or all versions of SF2? Yeah Bison's sweep is unsafe at most distances unless you space it right or you hit opponent, which in SF4 knockdowns are very important. You can probably throw after one if you space right but I'm not sure.

I'm not sure if all versions, since I don't own all versions. But I do this in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo.

Ah. Well if you could throw after a slide that probably means it's barely not safe but you could reversal to get out of it I would assume unless it's guaranteed then the move is super safe which would cause other street fighter games to give him an unsafe slide.
