which do you prefer, original work or based off a series?

Usually OW since its interesting to see how creative they can get with the scenarios and art styles. I will still read based off, but there are very few I go back to in comparison.

I prefer Original Works to one made from a series, mainly because I dont always picture two characters from a popular series and I like to enjoy the creativity of the Original Works.

I like when they are based off of an anime I really liked, but I'm not unfair. I like original too.

I find myself really digging OW more.
Usually when it's based off something I'm familiar with, characters tend to go out of character.

Like K-On doujins, Yui is really too lax to make any moves while Azusa is too love-hate with Yui.

But that's just me.

I prefer OW, but sometimes if Series are amazing.

Mostly original, but if I'm really into a certain series I'll seek out a few dojins for it

Should've made it a poll, but I prefer OW that have multiple chapters with a somewhat continuous plot. Writing about my favorite characters isn't bad though...
