English is a tricky language with a lot or arbitrary rules but it's loads better than Japanese.
Plus how many languages can make a valid sentence only using the word Buffalo?

What makes English difficult for non native speakers is the sheer number of words; it has something like 1.2 million when the closest language is french with like 5 to 6 hundred thousand. It is still far less difficult than Japanese.

There were a few other examples, but I can't remember them at the moment.
