My personal favorite kind of doujinshi is probably normal, BUT it really has to have a good story line to it. I would probably get into anything as long as it has a great story or if it has elements from the anime it's from incorporated into it. Take +3 for example (A Naruto doujinshi), it has the personality of both Shikamaru and Temari in the doujin and the artwork is top notch. That's only me opinion though =p.
