it's obviously Demon Eyes Kyo

well, it's compromise from the start though, since Kyo is the only one that has excessive supernatural powers and impossible techniques. Baiken comes in second though, while others they're only strongly limited as a normal human, with above average powers/techniques.
No one could even survive Kyo's Mumyou Jinpuryu Satsujinken Style. They won't even survive Mizuchi, a lower tier of the Style

Like Space Cowboy said, Samurai Jack has fought a shitload of mechs, demons, etc. while trying to get back to the past to kill Aku. However, he mostly does this with just his sword. He doesn't swap for a gun and rarely ever changes weapons, and when he does it's usually to enhance his melee capabilities unless he's using a bow and arrows. It doesn't matter what Jack goes up against, he'll beat it down and keep moving forward.
