Based on vampiric powa, I'm going with Moka. Released form only though. The show makes her overpowered and what the fuck other shit, she sucks blood and injects it.

Eva was never that interesting to me. Moka, albeit cute at a look is a little bit too ...fanservicy. I absolutely have to go with Karin. I love her character, she's adorable. The manga is a great read.
