The whole idea of using a smart phone as a vibrator is stupid, get a vibrator if you want a vibrator. But I think you all assuming someone is going to throw a condom over a phone and shove it up their hoo-haa is just as stupid. More than likely they'd just turn the vibration on and place it against their clit.
