Why do certain anime have no hentai doujins?

Hmm, I'm not much of a hentai hunter so I guess my views can be a bit skewed, I never knew there were so much Mirai Nikki Doujins. I usualy go on Doujin-moe so with their limited selection, my views can be skewed, anyways, I have no research to do so thanks

There isn't enough Girls Bravo and KissxSis. Ha, the first KissxSis doujin was an NTR doujin. That's just funny.

There was an overload of ecchi content in the series itself and there's only just one doujin of it as far as I can remember. Where's the logic in that?

I even got a sora no yosuga one.... the anime is hentai.

depends how old they are, their popularity, and the attractiveness of characters in the story.

I have found a total of 1 doujin of Parasyte. then again, a horror manga about aliens that eat the brains of humans and possess them to attempt and eradicate mankind probably isn't too sexy. not to mention the art style is retro and not moe (as in not like K'ON or Lucky Star).

also i haven't found any doujins of Angel Densetsu and like 1 or 2 doujins of Dr. Slump. it depends on the series mainly

It's suprisingly very satisfacory (did I spell that right...) to have your favorite ecchi characters finally doing the real thing without any censorship x')

It mostly goes by otaku popularity. A big hit with otaku is sure to get sales, regardless of genre or contents. Something like Ladies Versus Butlers only gets a tiny amount, whereas Kanokon or ToLoveRu got a whole ton. Ecchi series in general tend to not get a lot of doujinshi, despite already having a perverted bend to them.
